Project : Santa Clara
Scope: It’s a residential project in the New York USA. In this project, our main concern was Design documentations & Construction Documentations sets (cd sets) for the approvals/permit sets (permit sets in us) with authority. We did the complete sheets, sheets setups, annotations, views, detailing, elevations, sections, plans, etc as per the client requirements.
Challenges: The client was very particular about the sheets and annotations, line weights, etc. They provided us with their own project templates and we did exactly as per the client’s demands. After completing this project, the client gives us several other projects for the permit sets.

Project : Single Family House (Real Estate Flipping)
Project: Single Family House
Interior and Outdoor design of a single family house, located in Spain.
Ground Floor includes Living room, dinning area and open concept Kitchen,
First Floor : 3 Bedroom, Service area and a storage under the stairs.

Project: Apartment building ( Facade and Interior ) and Permit sets
Scope: We did the complete facade modeling and clash detection for the interiors and resolving that at LOD350.
Challenges: The project was from Israel, so the main challenge that we faced as a team was the language. All the pdfs drawings, were in ‘Hebrew’, language. But our team resolved that by creating a space for regular conversations/meetings with the client for a better understanding of the project and the client’s needs in greater detail. Moreover, the client was very supportive throughout the project.

Further learning is required on your part in examining the learning of the basic materials as well as peer control to prevent repeated mistakes. Project: Scan to BIM and VR based Model
Scope: We did our first scan to BIM modeling LOD 300 for our client based in Europe.
We used point cloud to build the model. The client wanted to restructure the building. The building was first scanned using laser scanning tools and then converted into a point cloud file after which we modeled the building as per the client’s requirements.

Project: VR Based modeling
AR/ VR is the future of construction/architecture and there is no doubt about that.
Client review: BIM Innovations is a great team. They have the right knowledge and experience to work on bigger projects. They gave our project the finest finishing.
