Scope of work: Conceptual Designing to complete 3D modeling & Rendering.

➡️Project Brief:

Site Area: 130,000 sq.m
Designating all sports venues.
Indicating all supporting facilities, like the small sports shop, kiosk for refreshments, medical center, food store, etc.,
Training football fields.
450 Open Parking spaces

Scope of work: Complete exterior and interior modeling with renderings & Walkthrough. 

We did the project in two phases i.e. first we took up the exterior phase and then the interior phase.

Phase 1: Exterior modeling with rendering in which we did the modeling at LOD 350. 

Challenges: The main thing was to understand the client’s requirements in modeling. Taking one thing at a time, we also provided support in selecting the material, finishes, etc while modeling. Since the client was not sure about the material, so it was really challenging for us to provide the materials, finishes, and modeling as per their requirements. But with communication, we were able to achieve it. 

Phase 2: Interior modeling with renderings.

Scope: We did this project for our client based in Cyprus. A total area of 150000 sq ft was dedicated to this project. 

From conceptual planning to finalizing the design, we gave a perfect Designing & 3D modeling with Renderings to this project. 

Challenges: The site was in contours shape and it’s a very challenging for us to design a stadium without actually being on the actual site. However, our team members coordinated really well with the clients. Through focused conversations, we were able to understand the site and the requirements of the clients as well. 

Requirements: it should be able to accommodate three volleyball courts for training and one competitive court for international tournaments with 2,000 spectators.

1) To include small hotel for 90 athletes with rooms that could accommodate two persons. 

2) Offices for the volleyball federation with conference room.

3) Storage areas

4) 2,000 spectator seats - part of it telescopic

5) All other areas required for international games.

At the end, the design successfully made its way towards completion and the client was impressed with our work.
